hi! professor pangolin here. im gonna be real with you for a sec:

this album sucks!

i made it with extremely clunky "production techniques" that included screen-recording a couple in-browser music tools, converting those recordings into mp3s, and making faulty attempts at matching those samples up to a beat (also slapped together in some browser-based beatmakers). i was like 16 or 17 at the time and only had a teeny tiny idea of how electronic music production works, so although there may be some decently catchy melodies in this project, i had absolutely no grasp on mixing or volume control or anything fancy like that, and i certainly didnt have a wide range of synths to pick from.

despite it all, im keeping this album public so that it may serve as a sort of time capsule detailing my "origins", as well as showing that getting started making music can be really confusing and weird, but give it time and you'll get the hang of it.
